Warranty

Product Warranties differs depending on the Brand and particular models. The standard warranty on almost all products comes with one(1) Year. Steiner comes either in 10 years or 30 years based on particular models.

Swarovski comes with a standard 30 Years warranty on almost all models.   Celestron comes with a standard one(1) year warranty unless offered otherwise.

Yukon and Konus are also giving one(1) year warranty.   Konus one(1) year warranty also covers the small items like Compass and so on.

Please note that EYRES product lines does not come with any warranty at all, these are mostly safety glasses and eyewear that are pick-and-go type.   

No Exchange Policy

Please note that ALL EYRES product lines can not be exchange with another pair of safety eyewear after the purchase was made.

No Refund Policy

Please note that our company does not allow Cash Refund on products sold.  However; for selected products our company will exchange this with a similar product with the same value.

On Order basis

Our company accepts items or Products that are on Order basis, these include Binoculars, Spotting scopes, RangeFinders, Riflescopes, Night Vision and so on.

The said client or customer needs to make an Advance Payment in order for our company to place the order for them.

The Advance Payment may include Shipping or handling charges for TNT and related which the client or customer needs to shoulder as well.

Availability

Product on Order basis are subjected to availability with our Principal and takes more or less 7 working days to 30 working days or more depending on the Brand, Model(s) and Quantity.
